RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Soundwave Syndicate Apparel. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

 

Eligibility for Returns:​

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care items.

 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Sale items

 

Process for Returns:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@soundwavesyndicate.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship the Item: Please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

 

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@soundwavesyndicate.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

 

Refund Eligibility:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Refund Amounts:

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.

  • If the return is not due to our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@soundwavesyndicate.com.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@soundwavesyndicate.com.

Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: 427 45th Ave. San Francisco, CA. 94121.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
